Job Description

Responsibility

Responsible for VRF product structure assessment, design and validation, especially outdoor unit

Follow new product development process to control design quality, Product cost related to structural design, lead team to deliver structure design document

Establish and update structure design standard

Implement VRF product cost reduction, maintenance and continue improvement activities

Conduct trouble shooting to treat customer complaints

Participate product benchmarking activity

Track on structure design and material development trend

Participate structure related technology study together with advanced development team

Make the annual performance target and key focus aligning with the supervisor, Conduct the performance review as schedule

Make the personal annual training plan to improve the competence

Requirements

Mandatory

Bachelor s degree of mechanical or refrigeration

15 Years+ working in HVAC company with specific experience in VRF ODU/IDU

structure design

Experience on project management

Familiar with HVAC product regulation (CE, CB, GB, UL AHRI, IEC etc) mainly related to

structure design and product safety

Preferred

Maste degree or above

IDU structure design with consideration of structural safety and cost consideration

Speak and understand Japanese
