At policy level company is trying best to be more employee friendly and considerate
Red tape culture everywhere. Long staying employees dominates every aspect getting importance, benefits, promotions. No guidance to new recruits. Unnecessary stress and pressure of results. Total disregard for one’s personal life and well being. Asking for a leave is scary. Outright favourism within teams.
