How you will do it- Should have excellent document control experience complying to ISO 9001
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
- Should have prior experience on supporting the team in preparation of Prequalification s ,Material Submittals, Method statements, OM Manuals (Inputs will be provided by the Engineers but the Document preparation will be by the Proposal Writer)
- Excellent communication skill , Oral and Written
- Will be single point of contact for the all the document support to the sales team
- Create templates to simplify the document preparation for Future
- Co-ordinate with the sales team and the Project development engineers to understand the requirement for documentation to avoid rework
- Review the documents with the sales engineer and PDE before it is sent out.
- Complete first baseline draft RFP response, pulling baselines from proposal databases and libraries. Develop (including editing and re-writing) responses to provide the best suited response.
- Develop second-level draft RFP response, after incorporating inputs from Business Stakeholders, and feedback from the Middle East GCoE team. Also write executive summary.
Preferred
4 to 10 years of relevant experience as a proposal writer.
