Job Description Overall purpose of job:

• This role is Responsible for the Operations Management of key Distribution Centers (DCs) under the J&J MedTech Distribution Network. This includes the functional processes of receiving (Inbound) and storage of incoming material and picking, packing, invoicing & distribution of material as per the Customer Orders received.
• This Role handles all DELIVER related operations in Key Distribution Centers of MedTech.
• This role will require collaboration with other members of the Supply Chain, Deliver Quality and Customer Service teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy and execute 3PL Global Strategy to support business growth, reduce risk, improve cost & efficiencies, drive value & competitiveness though significant warehouse management standardization.
• Leads all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations with support of 3PL team of different warehouses of MedTech
• Drive warehouse transitions are executed on time, on budget while ensuring no service disruptions and contribute plus deliver all targets on EHS&S, Q&C, Customer Service and Efficiency programs.
• Build annual budget for warehousing and drive CIP programs as per budgets
• Support network projects transition as per the business approvals and business needs.
• Reviews payment processing to 3PL remain compliant and ensure readiness of company equipment to ensure business outcomes.
• Lead event management in alignment with Sales team, Regulatory, legal, QA, Plan and EM/Make teams
• Attending to various audits and its requirement towards closure. Driving a compliant culture
• You will represent all India W&D initiatives within India deliver Leadership Team. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Quality, EHS&S, Planning, Finance, etc.) as well as 3PL partners to ensure J&J requirements are met including relevant licenses, infrastructure, IT systems, etc. in line with the warehouse transition playbook.
• He/She will be the owner to execute the Supplier Relationship Management program (Value Chain Program) and gain market insights for benchmarking, standard methodology sharing and to drive service improvements across markets.

Required Qualification and Core Competencies for the role:

• 3-5 years related warehouse and distribution experience is preferable.
• MBA from a best-in-class school preferred along with a requisite 34-year college degree (Business, engineering or related field)
• CSCP, APICS certifications preferred.
• Led Network Transition Projects in previous assignments
