Project Engineer

We have requirements for Project Engineers for our Defence, Process and Structural Fabrication Division

a. For Defence division, we expect Project Engineer to have had experience in machining, materials such as EN grade, machining operations like turning, milling, boring etc, and coordination expertise with proper protocol with Defence end users (Armed forces), Defence PSU's, DRDO labs

b. For Process Equipment Division, candidates should have had experience in fabrication of tanks, heat exchangers and pressure vessels, distillation columns. Candidate should know how to read the drwings, remove the Bill of materials, and of course sequence of fabrication. Some extent of cost estimation should be known

c. For Structural Equipment Fabrication, knowledge of Girder manufacturing as per Railway standards, drawing knowledge, components of girder should be known

Role & responsibilities

The Project Engineer becomes the central node in coordinating with production, quality, estimation,
procurement, clients, management and accounts.
The Responsibilities are (not limited to)
* Checking fabrication drawings
* Indenting Material of the same with optimum sizes
* Knowledge of pipe, flange nozzles gaskets fastners is must (for process equipment)
* Passing on indent to purchase
* Troubleshooting queries in fabrication process
* Knowledge of limpet, jacket etc. etc. (for process equipment)

* Coordination with client, quality, production, stores, accounts

Preferred candidate profile

MS Office, MS Project, Immaculate writing and verbal skills
Skills and Experience
4 years work experience in Project Management in process equipment fabrication company having
products like tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and agitators etc.
Mechanical Degree/Diploma
Location Around Badlapur
