Pega Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with Pega standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Certifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory. Additional certifications like CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) are preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega frameworks, Constellation, and DX-API and integration with external systems.

Must have - CICD, Open Shift, Containerization, Bitbucket, Harness, Service Now.

Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
