Pega Lead System Architect (with CDH)

AgreeYa Solutions is looking for a PEGA- Lead System Architect (with CDH/Decisioning Experience) to be part of a close-knit, high performing team. Responsibilities:

• Technical Architectural design, development & implementations, Code review, PDC/Nodes/Error/Performance etc.
• Design and implement a unified decisioning framework capable of handling both real-time and batch decisioning for Next-Best-Offer presentations across various channels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand decision requirements and translate them into effective PEGA solutions.
• Develop and implement decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configurations.
• Manage data flows, segmentation strategies, and leverage AI concepts to optimize decisioning models.
• Ensure seamless integration with other systems and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Lead and deliver complex PEGA projects, including Case Management and BPM implementations.
• Define and drive the implementation of decisioning architecture, standards, and optimization strategies.
• Partner with solution architects and the PEGA COE to ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, security requirements, and development standards.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the decisioning framework for performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in PEGA Architectural design, development and implementation.
• Proven expertise in PEGA PRPC, CDH implementations, and cloud deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of PEGA Decisioning and PEGA Marketing functionalities.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing decisioning architecture, rules, and strategies.
• Strong understanding of data flows, segmentation, and AI concepts.
• Experience leading and delivering PEGA projects (Case Management, BPM).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Certifications:

• PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) (highly preferred)
• PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (highly preferred)
• PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) (highly preferred)
• PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA Part-1 & Part-2) - Highly Preferred.
• Completion of PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect mission on PDN (a plus)
