Investment Manager (4-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Evaluating land deals, joint venture transactions as well as stabilized asset buyouts

- Financial Modelling: Prepare and review intensive Excel models, including taxation and structuring

- Transaction strategy and negotiations

- Preparing Investment Memos and Term Sheets

- Originate transactions

- Fund Raising: Negotiations and documentation with LPs/co-investors

- Working with tax advisors, lawyers, and liaison consultants during due diligence

- You will be a part of a fast-growing team and platform that expects to increase portfolio size by 5-7Mn sq. ft. every year, will be a pan India role that offers exposure to working on deals across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
