Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Vue.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.
Lead the development and deployment of applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and manage Ubuntu servers for deployment.
Utilize PHP Laravel for backend development where applicable (preferred but not mandatory).
Oversee code quality, system design, and ensure robust security practices are implemented.
Manage and mentor a development team, providing guidance, code reviews, and task assignments.
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
React.js, Node.js, and Vue.js with hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development.
Expertise in database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.
Proven experience with server deployment, including AWS and Ubuntu servers.
Knowledge of PHP Laravel (added advantage).
Strong leadership and team management experience with a proven track record of successfully handling projects from conception to completion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of modern software development practices and tools.
