About the role

We are looking for a highly impactful & resourceful Lead Systems Integration Consultant to join us who can design and integrate the systems to meet business processes and requirements. The role is critical and would support the systems integration activities involving stakeholder management, integration design architecture, delivery management, developing strategic procedures to increase the efficiency and productivity of the function, enhancing the team skillset.

We are looking for Lead Systems Integration Consultant have strong experience with IWMS a pplications, data integration & migration solution and strategies . You will be responsible to ensure efficiency, quality, consistency and timely delivery of projects. You will be expected to mentor the team and drive the adoption and rollout of agile designs and engineering practices, as well as ensure testing, risk management and standardization.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering Integrations with different technologies

• Prepare and review the integration design solutions and p rovide technical expertise for integration design

• Work with integrations technical lead to deliver the projects as per defined timeline

• Provide help with effort estimate and create work breakdown structure for the solution deliverables

• Plan the resources needed in order to complete competing priorities within the provided timeframe

• Aid in communicating with multiple stakeholders at a time

• Must be able to adhere to and improve on the current established process

• Work with integration technical lead to support project RFP and estimation

• Manage the team project allocation and utilization

• Plan and execute function OKRs

• Mentor junior team members and answer their queries/ provide resolution wherever they are stuck

• Review the code of other team members and provide constructive feedback

• Provide timely updates on all the project deliverables to the leadership

• Maintain the team s skill matrix and work with team to plan the training programs

• Provide directions and work the team to resolve critical escalation

You should have experience with team handling, integrations, data migration, and solution architecture for business transformation and process improvement projects.

Skills expected:

• Strong knowledge of IWMS a pplications (like TRIRIGA), data integrations & migration tools.

• Strong knowledge of integration design architecture

• Strong in Java programming language

• Hands on experience with Python is preferred.

• Hands on experience on using web services & REST APIs for system integrations

• Strong know ledge of SQL programming

• Knowledge of code repository and management process. Hands on experience on tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub

• Knowledge of Code editor tools

• Expertise and experience in leading the team of 10+ team members

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or any related Engineering fields.

• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services.

• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.

• Working knowledge on Agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills , Work through issues and challenges
