• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the residential society.
• Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Manage and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Investigate and report on security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and national safety regulations.
• Manage the security budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and conduct safety and security awareness programs for residents and staff.
• Implement and oversee visitor management protocols.
• Coordinate security measures for community events and gatherings.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices.
• Respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations as they arise.
• Liaise with the societys management committee on security-related matters.
