Job Description
- Conduct cold calling to existing customers to assess their requirements.
- Send quotations via email and B2B portal.
- Sell chemical products and achieve forecasted sales budgets.
- Establish and maintain a network of clients within the assigned target market, as designated by the Sales Head.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales Head to increase market presence, market share, achieve targeted figures, and collect receivables.
- Monitor the flow of sales operations for each customer, including sales ordering, delivery, and collection.
- Follow up with customers via email, phone calls, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Identify prospects for the product through references, internet research, etc., and convert them into customers.
- Prepare Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting to management.
