Location: Remote Shift: Night Shift (4 PM to 1 AM IST)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, focusing on retention and repeat orders. This role will allow you to work directly with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow existing client relationships by addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage accounts to secure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly communicate with clients, ensuring they are updated with our latest offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing client needs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar client-facing roles.
- Preferably, some sales experience with international sales or Key Account Management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the building materials industry is a plus.
