Reliance Jio is Hiring for Sales Team Lead for Chennai location.

Experience -: 3 + years into team handling

Location -: Velachery & Tambaram

CTC -: upto 5 lacs + Allowance

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end JioFiber business at the unit Level
• Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope
• Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching.
• Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at,individual level.
• Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners,etc.,
• Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and,engagement.
• Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned,Unit/Territory.
• Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen,situations and escalations
