AI Solutions Developer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Solutions Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications tailored for three primary use cases:

1. Interview Copilot: A smart assistant for candidate during interviews.
2. Auto Job Application System: An automated platform for streamlining job application processes.
3. Conversational AI Agent: A virtual assistant to facilitate seamless interactions with vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP), with the ability to create scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Copilot Development:

• Get real-time interview support with AI Interview Copilot

Auto Job Application System:

• Develop an automated system for generating, customizing, and submitting job applications based on user preferences, profiles, and roles.
• Design workflows to handle repetitive application tasks and recommend optimization strategies.

Conversational AI Agent for Vendors:

• Create an AI-powered chatbot to interact with vendors for inquiries, negotiations, and updates.
• Integrate APIs for vendor management systems (VMS) and CRMs to facilitate seamless communication.
• Develop workflows for specific use cases, such as scheduling, contract clarifications, and escalation handling.

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Implement cutting-edge ML/NLP techniques to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in NLP libraries and models (e.g., SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI GPT).
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Selenium).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Soft Skills:

Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.

• Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment workflows, and talent acquisition processes.
