Walk-In: Sr. Associate L&D (Off-Roll _ Permanent)

Role & responsibilities

• Drive Training Need Analysis Process to bridge the competency gap as per organization, functional, and individual development needs through various modes and means
• Support in developing and driving organization-level leadership development programs
• Organise training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions as per the training calendar
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization remains competitive.
• Manage learning resources, materials, and external vendors, to maximize the impact of training initiatives.
• Develop and deploy e-learning solutions and drive the same across the organization
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, L&OD dashboards and outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.
• Drive L&OD digital journey including Learning Management System enhancement
• Support in organization-level OD initiatives execution across units and locations

Preferred candidate profile

• Corporate Training experience is must
