Roles & Responsibility
1.Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks on tools, dies, and
fixtures to ensure optimal performance.
2.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in tools and dies, including
disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly.
3.Ensure all tools and dies are in good working condition and ready for production use.
4.Quickly identify and diagnose issues with production tools and dies,
implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
5.Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that all tools and dies are maintained in accordance with safety standards.
Skills & Qualification
6 - 8 yrs of experience in tools & die making
Having keen knowledge in Hydraulic / Press Shop / SMC
