Job Description

4 to 5 years of experience in electrical and automation of Hot Pickling Line, including working with the EMG system, strip welder, shot blasting machine, De-NOx system, ETP of the pickling line, and online shearing operation of HRCTL.
Handle the maintenance of all electrical and automation system of HPL and HRCTL Area independently, also involve in maintenance of all system, root cause analysis of problems come in the electrical and automation system to resolve independently.

Skills:-

1.Knowledge and working of Siemens PLCs, including S7-400, S7-1200, and S7-1500,TIA Portal. Proficient in Ladder Logic and Function Block Diagram. Familiar with S-120 and G-120 Drives.

3. Experience with hardware and software configuration and communication networks of PLC/Drive systems.

4. Ability to configure HMI (WinCC and Simatic Touch Panel) and maintain/modify them independently.

5. Exposure to electrical power systems is desirable.

6. Able to take decision for rectification of any type of electrical and automation problem.

7. To keep E&A Breakdown (Sound knowledge of HPL and HRCTL process automation).

8. Knowledge of Breaker, Transformer, PCC, MCC, EOT Cranes and power system.

9. To ease the access of documents and spares during breakdown and to maintain a quality (ISO) Standard on the shop floor.

10. To achieve Zero accident working environment inside plant premises.
