Audit and Review: QA may involve regular audits and reviews of processes to identify and address potential issues before they impact quality
Quality Control (QC):Product-Oriented: QC is a reactive process that focuses on identifying defects, errors, and deviations in the final product, service, or project
Inspection and Testing: QC involves activities such as inspections, testing, and sampling to verify that the end product meets predefined quality standards
Corrective Actions: When defects are identified through QC, corrective actions are taken to rectify them, ensuring the final product meets quality requirements
