Human Resource Manager

Job Description:-

• Shall be responsible to formulate HR policies for the organization. Handle teams effectively to implement HR & Admin policies at corporate and Plants in line with Organization standards.
• Create and implement end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (requisition approval, interview techniques, assessments, reference checks, extending offers, tracking applicants, BGV, joining, induction etc.)
• ensure compliance with law/acts:
• Manage the common processes and day-to-day operations of Human Resources, including both corporate Human Resources functions and deployed Human Resources support for the plants.
• Attendance and Processing of Salary

Role and Responsibilities

• Recognizing the manpower needs
• Recruitment: Create job descriptions, Post job ads, Interview candidates, Make hiring decisions, and Onboard new hires.
• Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
• Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
• Managing the employees data of each department
• Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
• Maintain positive employee relations, Mediate disputes, Support performance improvement, Handle employee conflicts, and Resolve grievances.
