Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing Quotation, Proforma Invoice and Purchase order
• Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails etc
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team
• Assisting and Coordinating with Accounts team
• Assisting and supporting management
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as Back office executive
• Well versed with Excel & basic formulas.
