Identifying Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
Selection and Offer Management: Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and background screenings. Extend offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires. Provide necessary information and support to help new employees acclimate to their roles and the organization.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Visit dealership and offer suggestions for enhancing their recruitment efforts, such as utilizing social media platforms.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Experience in manufacturing industry will be an additional advantage.
