Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Oversee the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary planning, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct regular salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR risk by implementing appropriate policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential HR risks.
HR Operations:
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS systems.
- Oversee data privacy and security compliance.
- Utilize HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Human1 Resources or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
