Job Title: Tally Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Tally Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and Advanced Excel, and will be responsible for providing high-quality training to our employees/students. As a Tally Trainer, you will help individuals understand and use Tally software effectively, with a focus on accounting, inventory, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Tally ERP 9/Prime to individuals or groups.

Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to students.

Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for Tally.

Teach the basics as well as advanced functions of Tally, including accounting, GST, inventory management, and reporting.

Deliver MS Office and Advanced Excel sessions when required.

Monitor the progress of learners and provide constructive feedback.

Address queries and provide support for ongoing learning.

Continuously update knowledge on the latest Tally features and updates.

Prepare assessments to evaluate learners' understanding.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Good knowledge on SAP Finance, VBA,Power BI,GST

Previous experience in teaching or training Tally is preferred.

Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.

Ability to work with diverse learners and adapt training methods accordingly.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in accounting or software training is a plus.
