RoW Technology Team is looking for a Support Engineer with experience quickly iterating on front-end interfaces and a working knowledge of back-end data handling. Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing tools, automation and monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing the fix for internally developed code (JAVA, Node, Python and React ), updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges and improving operational excellence and readiness of the systems. - 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
