You can expect your salary to be credit on time. There is no standard procedure for appraisals hence you can get a handsome amount if you are lucky and manager really wants you to stay.
There is a fixed login time of 9:30 AM and if you delay by 5-10 minutes 3 times a month then it would be counted as a half day. Whereas logout is not specified and you might have to stay up until midnight(sometimes beyond that). I have stayed in the office till 1 AM for more than 3 months.
