The Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant plays a crucial role in assisting clients with the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. They are responsible for understanding clients' business requirements and providing effective solutions to enhance project management processes. This role is integral in ensuring that organizations maximize the benefits of Oracle Fusion PPM and achieve their project-related goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
Design and customize Oracle Fusion PPM solutions to meet client needs
Provide expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion PPM modules
Conduct workshops to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose solutions
Support full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
Develop and execute test scripts, and perform system testing and user acceptance testing
Train end-users on Oracle Fusion PPM system functionalities and best practices
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion PPM system
Conduct data analysis and create customized reports as per client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion PPM features and functionalities
Participate in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution
Assist in the development and documentation of best practices and methodologies
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and solution demonstrations
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables

Requirement
Minimum of 10+ years of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications R12 implementation experience.
6 years of Fusion PPM experience is mandatory.
At least 3 End-to-end Fusion PPM (Project Portfolio Management) implementations involving the below modules.
The candidate should be playing the role of a Lead/ Architect on projects. Good in Solutioning & should have played customer-facing roles.
