Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Pipe Marketing.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and end-users.
• Monitor sales team performance, provide guidance, and ensure regular follow-ups to close deals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers, new opportunities, and industry trends.

Marketing Strategy

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital content, and advertisements tailored to the target audience.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Knowledge & Training

• Provide training to the sales team and channel partners on product features, benefits, and applications.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, addressing their queries and providing suitable solutions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to uphold the companys reputation.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Forecast sales and budget requirements accurately.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pipes and fittings industry or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of the pipes and fittings industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
