Project Manager - SAP -FI/CO

Project Manager with a strong SAP FI/CO background to manage and deliver large-scale ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

1. Plan, execute, and deliver ERP implementation projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.

2. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.

3. Coordinate cross-functional teams of the organization and stakeholders.

4. Manage project risks, issues, and changes.

5. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

SAP FI/CO Expertise:

1. Provide technical guidance on SAP FI/CO module implementation.

2. Collaborate with SAP consultants to design and configure solutions.

3. Ensure alignment with business requirements and processes.

4. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

2. Manage expectations and conflicts.

3. Foster strong relationships with business leaders, stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of project management experience in SAP ERP implementation projects.

2. Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO module (configuration, customization, and integration).

3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

4. Bachelors degree or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
