Oracle HFM/FCCS and OneStream Consultants/Sr Consultants Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram Location

James and Monroe is a leading provider of Oracle EPM, OneStream, and Business Intelligence solutions to its clients in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and India.

Currently, we are looking for HFM/FCCS/OneStream support consultants at all levels (Consultants/Senior Consultants) to be part of our fast-growing development & support centre.

The ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in HFM/FCCS/OneStream gained from a large consultancy/organization where the candidate has had direct experience with end-users from large blue-chip organizations including support-based projects.

Depending on the position applied, the candidate should have sound understanding and hands-on experience on design, development and implementation of HFM/FCCS/OneStream and/or FDME/FDMEE projects. She/he should have at least 2 full cycle project implementation experience.

Strong client-facing and communication skills, both verbal and written, are paramount and must be willing to travel within India and overseas if required.

Essential Skills Required:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the implementation, development, and support of HFM/FCCS/OneStream solutions.
• Candidates applying for Senior Consultant should be able to manage teams and multiple projects.
• Strong accounting/finance process knowledge.
• Exposure to large multinational clients with complex structures.
• Ability to contribute to solution design workshops and training programs.
• Capacity to “own” the client and work independently
• Adaptability to environments.
• Position open across Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, and Thiruvananthapuram locations.

The location will be Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram but travel to Australia/ New Zealand/ other overseas/local client sites may be required for various durations, dependant on the specifics of the projects. Candidate must be willing to travel within India and outside India.
