Role & responsibilities

Role Oracle EPM System Administrator

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM, with expertise in EPBCS and EPCM.
• Strong understanding of interdependencies between Oracle EPM components.
• Own all administration activities for Oracle EPM, including supporting planning and reporting applications, managing security and user administration, and conducting testing. This role also requires a deep understanding of company hierarchies and how they work within FP&A reporting.
• Offer ongoing functional and technical support to address any issues or concerns that arise after implementation.
• Successfully lead enhancement implementations by gathering system and business requirements, designing, and building EPM Cloud solutions.
• Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• This role requires strong technical skills in Oracle EPM cloud solutions, knowledge of financial processes, and excellent communication skills.
• Provide hands-on support for Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCMCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Services (FCCS), and Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) modules, including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects.
• Ensure seamless integration across modules with Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCMCS)
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Responsible for quickly addressing issues, recommending improvements, and educating the client on Oracle Releases. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
