Role & responsibilities

> Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

> Organize workflow amd execute production plan recieved from production manager

> Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance

> Check production output according to specifications

> Submit daily production report

> Identify issues in efficiency and control production wastage

> Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

> Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

> Inspect products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.

> to use machinery and follow procedures safely Must be aware about the Excel and Internet savvy.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having experience for any type of Manufacturing plant for supervisor.
