Job Description

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Supervise and support the inside sales team, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share updates, and align goals.

Performance Management:

  • Set clear performance expectations and sales targets for team members.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inside sales department, ensuring
    smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM
    system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to
    streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring customer interactions
    and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies to retain and grow the customer base.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior
    management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sale strategies.

Compliance and Training:

  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry
    regulations.
  • Organize ongoing training programs to keep the team updated on product
    knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
    (preferred).

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
