4. Coordination & Documentation

• Work closely with the sales, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and verification of customer documents and agreements.
• Maintain an organized database of client details and transaction history.

5. Market Knowledge & Customer Advisory

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Educate clients about the benefits of investing in real estate properties.
