Java DSA Corporate Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DSA concepts and the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging and simplified manner to students aspiring to excel in the IT/SWE sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation:

• Develop and deliver high-quality course content on Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Create comprehensive notes, assignments, and projects that help students grasp key concepts

2. Teaching and Mentorship:

• Conduct live and recorded classes on DSA for students.
• Provide personalized mentorship and resolve doubts via Q&A sessions, forums, and live interactions.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

• Design and evaluate quizzes, tests, and coding assignments to track student progress.
• Offer constructive feedback to improve student performance.

4. Industry Insights:

• Incorporate real-world examples and industry use cases in teaching.
• Stay updated with current trends in algorithms and programming for competitive coding and interviews.

5. Collaboration:

• Work with other instructors to refine and improve course quality.
• Engage in community-building initiatives such as webinars, hackathons, and coding challenges.

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in DSA and programming languages such as Java.
• 4+ years of experience in teaching or working with DSA in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with competitive programming platforms like LeetCode is a plus.

• Prior teaching experience in an Ed-tech setup.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
