Role Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all areas of the bouquet of projects undertaken by organization from the IT angle including development of strategy, policy, new initiatives, implementation, and monitoring.

Overall integration of all IT related to projects, link organization app and projects to a common platform, develop career page and latest updates of all IT related on the website and apps, tech related orientation and rollout.

In charge of the overall information technology department of IT including maintenance / upgradation of existing IT infrastructure and software and development of new ones

Coordinates with various departments / projects related to the IT set up and requirements, provide them with the best possible solution in a timely manner. Understand the latest tech trends in the development and technology sector and ensure development gets implemented in the most suitable manner.

Internal IT Management, training, and development of staff for IT and upgradations, Budget, and other IT related documentations.

Look into various Internal IT systems, data security and protection, disaster recovery and continuity plan, Digitalization of various projects, Vendor Management and monitoring the solutions provided by the vendors.

Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and share the report to the Management when required. Look into cost effective solutions.

Perform on developing the web portal with the highest security standards.

Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to the established goals.

Overall monitor / suggest any changes required from the software or hardware programs.

Mitigate IT risk , ensure compliance with regulations.
