State Sales Head -TMT Bars

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans basis the forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Lead the sales strategy and operations for TMT products, focusing on both B2B and B2C channels. Optimize existing distributor and dealer relationships, actively seek new partnerships and drive sales growth through strategic planning.
• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Manage both B2B and B2C sales channels, with a major focus on optimizing B2B relationships to drive substantial revenue.
• Nurture and expand key accounts in the B2B segment, fostering strong relationships with clients, distributors and partners.
• Regularly assess business performance and market dynamics in collaboration with distributors analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new dealers.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guaran tee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet hanging market and competitive conditions.
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• . Establish and maintain relationships with industry influence and key strategic partners.
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines , promotional materials, and events.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potentials ales, and area s of proposed client base expansion.
• Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and planto determine
  effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment, maintaining high customer satisfaction
• .Build brand in conjunction with operational requirements.
• Ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
• Networking with financially strong and reliable dealers resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
• Evaluating performance & monitoring dealers' sales and marketing activities.
• Monitor dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10-15 Yrs relevant experience in TMT Bars
• Candidates having working experience in Mumbai, Karnataka and Goa will be considered
• Good academic record throughout.
• Bachelor's- degree in Engineering, Business Administration & Marketing from Tier 1 Institute
• Post graduate program in Management from reputed- institutes (preferable)
• Work experience 15-18 years in Dealer channel ,Institutional sales, Project sales ,sales operations & management.
• Good analytical abilities and comprehensive skills.
• Target Oriented & knowledgeable.
