Assistant Duty Manager (Female Candidate Required)

Below are the responsibilities, skills, certifications, and qualifications required for the position of assisting the Duty Manager in shift operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle site emergencies
• Print access badges
• Respond to employee transport emergencies
• Document incidents for reporting
• Prepare incident reports for both site and employee transportation
• Develop working relationships with support functions
• Manage 24/7 shift operations (A/B/C shifts, 8 hours each)
• Conduct shift briefings for vendor security staff
• Deploy security escorts for employee transportation
• Maintain daily shift attendance records
• Respond to alarms dispatched by ASOC (Alarm and Security Operations Center)

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal business communication skills
• Knowledge of basic physical and transport security procedures, techniques, and principles
• Experience using Outlook and MS Office products
• Experience with security systems, software tools, and programs (desirable)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Certifications:

• Basic Life Safety (First-Aid) Course
• Basic Fire Safety Course
• Desired: International and Regional Certifications in Security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, additional certifications preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a public or private Security and safety organization required
• Minimum of one year of Command Center or Security Operation Center experience preferred
• Previous Security Operation Center or security experience preferred
• Preferred knowledge of integrated security systems, including alarms, access control systems, CCTV systems, Fire detection/suppression systems, Transport Security tools (MoveInSync/ Fleet Vigil)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Customer-focused attitude
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and quickly shift priorities
• Capable of fulfilling the day-to-day responsibilities of a Command Center Operator Jr during their absence
