Erection Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Erection Manager to lead and oversee the erection of structural steel for a prestigious project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale steel structure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in execution.

• Project Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the erection of structural steel components according to the project timeline and design specifications.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, work plans, and resource allocation for the erection phase.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.

• Technical Oversight:
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment of construction activities with design requirements and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges related to steel erection.

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, foremen, and subcontractors involved in the steel erection process.
• Conduct regular site meetings to ensure clear communication of goals, issues, and updates.

• Safety and Compliance:
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental standards, and company policies.

• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct inspections to verify the quality of work and materials.
• Coordinate with quality control teams to address any non-conformance issues.
