• Strong communication abilities and clear in voice. Preferred languages: Telugu, English and Hindi
• Communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
• Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
• Ability to listen and understand requirements
• Ability to convince the client
• Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
• The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
