Junior Buyer and Pre-Sales Assistant

Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, and services from various vendors, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Research and evaluate potential suppliers and products, negotiating favourable terms and pricing agreements.
Building and maintaining positive supplier relationships to strengthen loyalty and reputation.
Collaborate with our sales team to understand client requirements and assist in preparing pre-sales documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Provide administrative support for pre-sales activities, including managing documentation, tracking sales leads, and coordinating with internal teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials.
Provide the sales team with costings for prospective sales Creating Purchase orders.
Assisting in office admin when required.
Light warehouse duties
o Maintain overall oversight of inventory.
