Guest Relation Executive

Overview:
The Guest Relations Executive serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, personalized service, and a memorable stay experience. This role focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly while maintaining the hotels service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Engagement:
   
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Build rapport with guests to understand and cater to their preferences and needs.
2. Service Excellence:
   
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
3. Personalized Experiences:
   
• Coordinate special requests, such as room preferences, celebrations, and VIP arrangements.
• Ensure guests feel valued by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
4. Communication and Coordination:
   
• Liaise with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences in the system.
5. Problem Resolution:
   
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Take proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in guest relations or front office operations in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Work Environment:
The role requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
