Delivery Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure digital strategy, creative, and interactive web development solutions are delivered on-time to defined scope, timeline, and cost parameters.

Delivery Manager delivers effective customer support to our rapidly growing customer base in Germany and other parts of Europe, adept to handle and delivering solutions both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies. The candidate should take ownership of technical issues and see problems through to resolution. The Delivery Manager should have the ability to analyze and synthesize information promptly and should follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Job Description & Duties:

We are looking for a dynamic Web Applications Delivery Manager to work in a global, competitive environment and would be responsible for Delivery Management

• Client / Partner Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Should have managed team of size 5 -10 members.
• Maintain high quality level. Zero defect policy.
• Ability to articulate problems, define obstacles and find solutions.
• Work closely with Platform Engineering Manager to help plan, develop, and deliver multiple projects, maintenance, or product releases.
• Work closely with your peer Managers to ensure a successfully delivered client solution and to understand and remediate any project delivery challenges relate to your team members.
• Train team members in new process and implement quality guidelines for the process.
• Professional development and career path guidance to your team members.
• Project tracking, coordination.
• Status reporting to Senior Management.
• Manage projects through all phases of the development life cycle, including initiation, requirements and specifications, design, development, testing and post-implementation review.

Mandatory / Primary Skills:

• Proven experience 10+ years as a successful delivery-oriented mentality with knowledge of SCRUM & AGILE development.
• German Language expertise to interact with German customers.
• Certification: PMP, ITIL will be an added advantage
• Experience in the estimation of delivery schedules and project implementation.
• Should be adept in delivery processes including Project Management, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, etc.
• Proven experience delivering web-based projects while adhering to established PMO methodologies and processes.
• Adept in Excel/ PPT/ Word expertise
• Strong in process. Study problems, and develop processes to resolve delivery issues.
• Knowledge of Web Technologies is a plus.
• Interface with client partners. Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen to manage the various client layers.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to negotiate and work collaboratively.
• Proven ability to obtain and manage commitments for tasks/deliverables from persons or groups within and outside of the program team.
• Experience in conducting team meetings, tracking issues, decisions, and action items, and following up between meetings to drive issues to closure.
