Associate Technical Architect - Java/Node.js (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

- Define and document technical requirements and specifications.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.

- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Java

- Deep understanding of core concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Experience with popular Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS.

- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g, MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Experience with database design and optimization.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with cloud-native technologies such as containers (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless computing, and microservices.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g, Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git).
