We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle DBA – L2 Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, specifically with Oracle databases, and will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Oracle database environments at the L2 level. The Oracle DBA will be expected to manage database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure database availability and reliability while working in a collaborative team environment.

As an Oracle DBA – L2 Engineer , you will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle databases, ensuring smooth operations of databases in production, development, and test environments. You will also work on performance tuning, security, backups, and recoveries while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Database Administration and Support:

• Perform routine database administration tasks for Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage day-to-day database operations, including backup and restore, user management, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability.
• Monitor database health, performance, and availability, addressing issues before they impact business operations.
• Implement Oracle patches and upgrades in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Handle database migrations, capacity planning, and database configurations based on changing business needs.
