Technical Writer: (Software product- ThinkOwl)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating professional product manuals, user guides, web-based reference guides, Fact sheets, etc.
• Create product walkthroughs using onboarding tools
• Create product presentations, training collaterals
• Overall Content/Document Management for respective products
• Collaborate closely with the product development team, stay informed about the changes, updates in the products and their newer versions and update content in all relevant documents accordingly
• Assist Marketing team in creation of marketing content, product campaigns, etc

DESIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in professional Technical writing
• Sound knowledge of web applications and experience in creating technical documentation for software products
• Strong experience creating and maintaining API documentation
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and convert them to easily understandable text
• Knowledge of Authoring/Onboarding tools
