Job Description
Support and motivate team to perform and get desired results. Develop, innovate/update, system and processes for easy tracking of placement activities across locations of the organization. Track through the team performance of the candidates enrolled for placement by helping them consistently perform and get placed. Design and develop activities to improve placement of the candidates coordinating with various divisions of organization viz sales, ops and technology groups. Have strong connect with industry to generate placement opportunities for the candidates Plan strategic initiatives to increase visibility and Word of mount on placement division. Prepare and submit periodic MIS of the placement activity. Regular reviews of the performance of the team.
