Job Description:

• Student feedback is conducted as per the norm and the analysis to be shared with the HOD.
• Coordinate the recruitment and orientation of new joinees, employees Issue with HR.
• Smooth conduct of lectures, examination in coordination with academic & exam team.
• Smooth coordination for administrative arrangement for all the academic and placement events.
• Maintaining the required data/records of the campuses.
• To handle students grievances pertaining to issuance of marks cards, certificates etc.
• Ensure proper infrastructure is in place for high quality academics delivery across all campuses.
• Assist the BU Head with curriculum review and approval processes
• Attend and keep records of faculty and other academic committee meetings
• Work on administrative tasks, accommodation and welfare management and student affairs for all academic programmes
• Plan and coordinate key events orientation, convocation, and other events
• Devise and communicate policies related to academic affairs, Maintain insight reports related to academic affairs
• Skills Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to adhere to deadlines
• Effective and proven interpersonal and communication skills Skilled in operations and procedures, formulating policies, developing and implementing new strategies
• Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data
• Other duties as assigned.
• Should timely update the supervisor about operation Issues.
