ITHENA - Senior Java Software Engineer (6-9 yrs)

Job Title : Sr. Java Software Engineer.

Location : Pune.

Job Type : Full-time work from the office in a rotation shift.

Experience Level : 6+ years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using best practices and design patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.

- Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of design patterns.

- 6+ years of experience in JAVA development, SRE, or similar roles.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java development and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with API development.

- Proficiency in design/event-driven architecture.

- Extensive experience in 2 and 3 Tier Java development architecture.

- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and great communication skills.

- DevOps and CI/CD experience is a plus.
