Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer at iTelaSoft, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the quality of our implementations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Business Analysts, to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our diversified projects. Your attention to detail, expertise in Automation, Manual/Salesforce, and passion for delivering top-notch products will be critical to our success.
Skills You Need
Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Salesforce
 
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance/testing, having 2 years focused on Salesforce testing will be an added advantage.
  • Having ISTQB certification will be a must.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus.
  • Proficiency in writing test scripts using testing tools like Selenium, Apex, or other automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Manual/Salesforce architecture, data models, and customizations, API testing and DB testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work for UK hours (11.00 AM - 08.00 PM)

    What would Make You Stand Out
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Business Analysts to understand project requirements and user stories.
  • Identify and report defects, issues, and risks, and work closely with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
  • Automate test cases and integrate them into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Monitor the QA release cycle and ensure that existing functionalities are not impacted by new releases.
  • Stay up-to-date with QA best practices and industry trends to continually enhance the quality of our solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA Engineers in testing methodologies.
